Ep. 288 : Appreciating Apples
In this wonderful season of harvest and plenty I wanted to share some gratitude for my favorite fruit. Like most everyone, I have long appreciated Apples (Malus domestica). They are fairly ubiquitous and common, but, as with many of the forms of life I like to talk about on this show, I feel like they are also underappreciated.
We notice the fruit, but do we know how the flowers grow? The growth habit of the tree? The history? Some of us might need a refresher.
